And Life Goes On (Weekend Activities)

Here's the little crow fella I told you about. DH has adopted him and is taking him to live at the office.

I went apple picking with a friend.  I have very fond memories of when I was a kid, going persimmon picking in the autumn, near my grandparents' home in southern Illinois.

We had the most gorgeous fall weather here in Utah this weekend. 

I also took a walk in City Creek Canyon here in Salt Lake.  I've been here over five years now and this is the first time I've gone on this walk.  I shouldn't have waited; it's beautiful!

Well, it's time to get after my Monday and get a jump start on the week.  I have lots of painting to do for the group show next month.  I have such a strong urge to paint crows and I'm thinking that won't be a big seller in a Winter Holiday show!  Maybe I'll paint one to get it out of my system.
