Studio Re-do Complete!

I am absolutely ex-haus-ted!  But guess what!  I'm done!  I have a new studio!

I am so thrilled with the results, and quite proud of myself for all the handy-woman tasks I completed!  DH helped me find the studs in the wall and got me started, but I did most of the rest of the shelves by myself, and I built the table, but that was easy.

Now I have space to wrap packages to mail,  prepare canvases, or cut out fabric if I'm so inclined.  It's a good height so I don't have to stoop over.  Back in the corner there I have storage for canvases and works on paper.

I love all of the space in the middle of the room.  DH and I danced a little jig there.   There are little bits of this and that still to do in here.  I'm going to make this wall my inspiration wall.  I want to put up a wire like this.  Or two really.

I cleaned and reorganized these shelves.  I have way too many books (no I don't!  Let's go to the bookstore!)

I really really wanted to go to the craft store, but I'm not sure I have any energy left.  But then, some fresh air might give me just the boost I need!

Do you have a fun weekend planned?  I can't wait to play in my new studio!  I guess I will have no excuse for not showing you something fun on Monday, huh?  See you then!

    See! I knew that you'd get out from under that huge pile of stuff & get organized. But I had no idea how far you'd take things. Awesome job Bobbi! You must feel so good about what you've accomplished...it's sure to impact what comes, eh?! :)

    I totally love your studio / craft space. Very very nice! Am a teensy bit envious, I am soooo longing for an small area that can be for crafting only around the house but that's currently just a dream -- once we move to a bigger place the plan IS to have my own craft room though. :) Till then I just drool over other folks their awesome spaces, like yours!
