Post Valentine's Day Post

I didn't get as far as I'd hoped on my new painting.   I was kinda busy....

....setting the table,

and putting on the ritz.  I haven't fit in this dress in almost 5 years!  I even painted my nails.

My Valentine sent me flowers.  Now I have to share a funny story:)  When the flower lady came, I answered the door in that dress up there, a very 1950s-ish style cocktail dress, my house slippers, my hair up in giant rollers, and Pandora blasting the Doris Day station.  She had to think she'd stepped back in time!

Now today I'm playing catch up and looking forward to a relaxing weekend.  What are you doing this fine Friday?
