Cardinal Winner

cardinals in the snow
Frosty the Snowman keeps playing a loop in my mind.  "Thumpity thump thump thumpity thump..."  Are you still stuffed from yesterday's feast?  Or are you breaking into the leftovers?  Me, I'm ready for some leftovers!  How many of you are going out to brave the Black Friday crowds today?  I do need to run to the post office to send this little cardinal on his way and to ship an order, but you won't find me in any stores; that's just too scary!  Besides, I'm doing a handmade and indie holiday.  I'm just hoping the post office isn't packed.

When do you break out the holiday decorations at your house?  I think I'll do a little of that this weekend.  I don't go all out; we have not a single electrical outlet outside, so there will be no lights, but I will put up my little vintage tinsel tree and my moose collection of course!  I can't wait to pull my mooses out;)  (I know, I know - it's not mooses, it's meese)  And I'll hang a few cardinals around.  I always think I'm going to try a new color theme, but I always revert to good ole red and green.  And silver and gold.  Oh oh!  Now I have a new song in my head, and Burl Ives is singing it.

I'd better run!  What's that?  You want to know the winner?  Oh ok;)

Using the random number generator, I came up with #8
And #8 is Tammy Vitale!  Tammy, email me (bobbijlewin{@}gmail{.}com) with your address and I will send this little cardinal on his way!

Edit: Apparently there was a glitch with my commenting this week, so I added in a person who tweeted this.  That's why I used 12 numbers and there are only 11 comments.

  1. Those are so cute--enjoy your weekend away, can we get together and celebrate your birthday quieter, maybe dinner with the boys, or lunch with us??

  4. Bobbi...these cardinals are so cute! I'm glad you had a lovely Thanksgiving. I didn't go shopping. Crowds and competition really aren't my thing. I stayed at home with the kids and we hung out and did crafts.

  6. This win is so awesome! We collect ornaments, adding one or two each year. We are sure to date them. We have done this with our kids since the 80s and now with our grandkids. This is a wonderful addition to our collection. Thank you!
