I hope you all have fabulous, blissful weekends planned. We're off to see a play tonight, Too Much Memory. It's supposed to be funny; we really enjoy Salt Lake Acting Company's productions, so this one should be good.
Here is something fun to do this weekend if you're lounging about: Jen at Indie Fixx is doing a pen pal project. I love the idea of reviving snail mail. I know myself that I love getting mail - good mail! not bills! Both giving and receiving mail is wonderful; handwriting a letter, using beautiful paper and a special pen that feels so good in your hand. I have a Waterman fountain pen with purple ink; writing with it feels luxurious. Granted, it's not a Mont Blanc, but that will come! I also love the idea of mail art, wonderfully decorated envelopes or sending odd things in the mail to see if they arrive:) If you want to play too, check out Jen's site and get yourself signed up for a pen pal!

Wow totally cool...an antler! It's like those art attacks, where folks knit stuff all over like light posts and trees!

Well now, would you look at that--an antler--who would thought of that, except you :) I love your creative mind! I think letter writing is a lost art--maybe there will be a revival?
