This is what I've been up to today. I have just a little more color to add to the fleur de lis, and need to seal the whole thing and then one more down!
This is the last in the series of ten. Those are aspen trees masked out in gesso. I'm going to finish painting them, add
this moose, and I'm done. Ta Da!
I like these. I especially like the color scheme in the second one, and I love something about the rays/bird in the first. :)
ReplyDeleteI like both of these, but I like the colors a lot in the second one, also. I am also very fond of moose so I am anxious to see it all finished.

ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting my blog, to answer you question, I use beeswax and it's very strong. I had the same concerns but when I had to sand it off, I found how strong it really is. Give it a shot :)
