Most of last week was spent immersed in corvids and other autumness. Yes, I do like to make up words. I was in the foulest of moods last week; I couldn't stand my own company. I think I'm moving to a better place. I do hope so anyway. Even my cat doesn't want to be around me.
Here is number three of the crow family. I remembered to sew on all of her parts. I saw this window over on resurrection fern, and was inspired to do my own little autumn art installation. I just love her blog; I stop by for a visit each day. Her work is so inspiring, the ephemeral quality enchanting. I'm really amazed by the peace I feel looking at her photos and reading her prose. The leaves you see in my window were dipped in wax and tied to a string. The instructions are here.

Your crows are so full of character and life. I love them.
ReplyDeleteI also love Utah. I spent a little time wandering around southern utah one spring with my children and hubby and would love to return one day in the summer or fall.
Thanks so much for your very kind comment on my blog.
