In sharp contrast to the sunny pictures I showed you Wednesday, today I present to you the typical state of things.  No, my dining room table isn't generally covered in antlers.  I'm talking about the lack of light.  This is at 11AM.  This is what I mean when I'm always complaining about the lack of sunlight.  It's downright dismal!

This was at 2:30.  There has been some improvement.  At least I can see the pile of antlers now.  Aren't they beautiful?  I found a hookup, a source, a connection, someone to give me my fix.  And this is only the beginning.  I have my work cut out for me.

So, does anyone have a good recipe that uses Turkish red pepper paste?  I found a jar of this sumptuous, red paste at the international market today.  The husband and wife at the counter just told me, "oh you know....you can just mix it with your dinner when you make it."  I need just a little bit more guidance!
